I have no idea who/what Grow is. I respect the game enough to fight my EFC titles every chance I can, but outside of that, I don't really give two fucks about how much or when I fight. I told phreak this six months ago when he was getting pissy pants about me, just because my star is on doesn't mean I'm paying attention. I have 10 tabs open at the same time (usually 8 of them are porn haha).

Great fight dude, congrats! I am having troubles with training some of my guys now. They all are at or near 3.25 or 3.5 in sambo and strength and I have the 5mil equipment, but no matter what combination I try I am getting all intense workouts. Any suggestions? Thanks!
