Grats on the first belt dude, it's always nice winning those. Make sure to stay in tune with the forums there is LOADS of info on there about specific style/stat stuff which you are going to have to learn for yourself for it to make sense. Have your bro message my camp page, I'll check out his camp and fighters and leave recommendations.
When I recommend styles, I am recommending them on an individual basis and not neccessarily what your primary and secondary should be for each fight. The way secondary styles work is that if you lose a round with a primary style he will then switch to a secondary style. Sometimes you're better off using the same Primary/Secondary style and with experience you will fine tune your style selections based on your opponents.
You need to start being more selective with your recruits, aim for 10-15 + lbs weight cutting and if they get finished a lot via either KO or Submission considering retiring them. Styles require more than one stat to pull off, you have some really good Boxing trainers but without other stats they can't really use any styles. Check the forums under help for Style/Stat help.
Weight cut is up to about 35 lbs. Weight makes a big difference in all fights, each recruit you get try and cut him to the max and after a fail move up a weight division untill he makes it. I'll leave you some comments on your fighter pages with recommendations for styles for the stats they have *right now*. This could change depending on what you spar.
