Nice win. I picked the right style, but I guess I didn't have enough juice to back it up. -Marcus McDonald

Great minds think alike I guess. Or maybe ESP. This time I pretty much flipped a coin on that one to be honest.

damn its getting so hard to pick styles against the top guys we are all so versatile thanks for the fight.

Dude, check out the SHOCKWAVE 2006 thread in the forum for the piece I wrote about Ramon for the fight. The first post is about Drago, the 2nd Ramon and the third is the results. Drago

Wow, great match. I had to think long and hard how I wanted to approach this one. The epic rivalry continues.

Ramon is on a damn fine run and it's good to see. Keep up the good work. I'll try and win a few to get back into the title picture with you and Drago. I keep hoping retirement is far away but I do grow worried. ~BAM

Drago has now beaten BAM, a red hot Loverboy who has 8-1 going into the match (and just won another) and the dangerous Shortage who had stopped him in the first round in the two previous meetings. This is SHOCKWAVE 2006. Also, end of year = more retirements and you never know. How about a rematch tonight?
4-6-2008 9:42 am EST
Yes, I took an easy one. The lack of clear contender made the choice too difficult. C'mon guys, win some fights!

Just caught your comment, I didn't realize these two guys went back so far. Drago took the first one back in A-1. Drago is still 4-3. One of the 4 guys that I have fought at least 7 times. That is a testament to how long these guys have been at or around the top.

Nice win, didn't expect a challenge. You are so damn well rounded, I didn't know how to go. Officially 3-3 now, having beaten me 3 out of the last 4 times.

Congratulations! I have had many long running epic feuds with some of the greats. There is no fighter that I loathe fighting more than this guy. The Hunter now becomes the Hunted and the Hunted, the Hunter.

Lol, congrats... life was so much simpler when it was ok to put your flying subs guy against a GnPO'er and not realise what life was like... Short Shorts is almost too well rounded now though... I can choose a lot of styles, but I'm not great at any of them.

I agree it was a very close fight, but nothing significant. With my eyes set on the title (in Socat), a rematch for the title could be a possibility in teh future.
